Private Channels. Finally, you can now make your channels private for a monthly fee of only $4.99. That's right, we kept it that low! The benefits you get for privatizing your channel is given below:
Channel Customization. Now you can completely customize the color combination of your channel according to your own tastes. Don't know HTML? Don't worry! We have made the whole process super easy for you with a color picker. All you need to do is use your mouse and imagination :). View screenshot HERE.
Custom Header / Footer. You want to put your own custom header and footer html's up? You can do it in less than 5 minutes with the help of the templates we have supplied in the admin panel. Just modify it and upload it for immediate viewing. Please note we do not allow advertisement codes to be added in those files. View screenshot HERE.
Member Approval . You can now control which members have access to your channel. Control accessibility with a single click. View screenshot HERE.
Ban / Unban Members. You can now ban / unban members from your channel. View screenshot HERE.
Grant / Revoke Forum Permissions. Make your forums accessible to a few select members by using the forum permissions page. View screenshot HERE.
MP3 Upload. You already have many mp3 recordings which you want to upload onto Vaestro? No problem :). From now on, you can make a post by either recording directly from a microphone or by uploading a pre-recorded mp3 file. Please note we support mp3 file sizes of upto 8 MB for the time being. Anything more than that will not upload.
Vaestro Toolbar. The all new Vaestro toolbar keeps you updated all the time. You can login, visit your profile, check latest topics on Vaestro without having to visit Vaestro all the time :). Also, you can chat with our support officials when they are online by clicking on the chat icon. You can find more information HERE.
User Home Page. The all new user home page allows you to keep track of everything going on at Vaestro. You can start a topic anywhere on Vaestro without leaving your home page and can logout when you are done :).
Improved Design. We have changed the layout and made it more user friendly. All your important links are now organized in the left panel to avoid any confusion. More changes can be expected in the near future :).
Contact Importer. You can now directly import your Yahoo, GMail, AOL, Lycos and Rediffmail contacts to Vaestro and invite all your friends with a single click. For this, you will have to provide the username and password to your email account(s). Please note we do not store any username or password you provide during this process. The privacy of our customers is of top priority to us.

So, what's new this time? [Edited: 21'st September, 2007]
Friends. Yes, we have added the ability for you to add friends on Vaestro. Just send an "Add Friend" request from a user's profile page and wait for them to approve the request :). Also, you can now see many more details of user on his/her profile page.
Photo Album. You like photos, we like photos. And now you can upload your photos in a gallery accessible from your profile page.
Advanced Search. Vaestro's post rates are growing fast! That's why you all felt the need for a more advanced search. The one we had earlier has been enhanced and now you can conduct all kinds of searchs HERE :)
Vaestro Stats. Now you can view all of Vaestro's statistics in the Vaestro Stats box at the bottom of every page. Also, it shows the member names who have their birthdays coming up in that week. So, if you see someone's name, take a bit of time and wish them a happy birthday :)
Audio Guestbook. Most of you have created your audio guestbook / messagebook in different channels. But of course, when people visit your profile, you want them to leave you a message. So, we have put in a linking option for you guestbook. Just put the direct link to the discussion thread in the required section of your profile page and it will become available to everyone viewing your profile. And if you don't have an audio guestbook yet, create one HERE or in your own custom channel :)
Interface Changes. We are making interface changes to keep everything user friendly. Now, after you login, you can find a collapsible section titled "My Account" on the left panel. Hope it helps :)
What's new?
Improved Layout. As you can see, Vaestro looks different, and hopefully better. If not, just shoot off a mail to us and we will improve it even further.
Avatar. We also thought that something visual was missing and hence decided to implement the user avatar feature. All you have to do is go to the "User Profile" option under "Menu" and you can change your avatar. You can upload a jpg, gif (not animated) or png image under 100 KB and crop it as desired. Save it, and show the world who's really behind the voice :)
Channel Subscription. Now you can subscribe to all the topics in a channel by a single click. And, whenever there is a post in any of the forums under a channel, you will get an email notifying you of the new post :)
Improved Vaestro Software. Yes, the Vaestro software is an improved version of the previous one. Visually and functionally. It is faster now and is more soothing for the eyes. It does seem a lot better, doesn't it? :)
RSS. Now you can subscribe to RSS feeds on Vaestro. Use your favorite RSS feed reader or the in-built RSS reader of Firefox browser to subscribe to the feeds HERE.
Tell A Friend. We know you wanted to invite your friends over to Vaestro to have interesting conversations but had to do it manually from your own email accounts. But now you don't have to do that anymore because you can do that directly from HERE :)
So this is the complete list of features to be expected?
Of course not! We reserve the right to surprise you from time to time with something new. And when we launch something new, you guys will be the first to know :).

We knew you would say that and so we will start an official thread in which you can make official requests for features. And based on how many votes a feature gets, we will implement that for you. Oh...no requests for sending you printed manuscripts of voice threads, ok? ;)
OK. We are slightly happier and want to help you guys. What can we do?
Start off by having some nice conversations on Vaestro. And if you can, invite your friends over from HERE. The more the people on Vaestro, the better :). And then we can just have one big conversation :)

OK, we are busted! We are having fun developing Vaestro for you guys and we are having a difficult time keeping the number of smilies in this page to below a thousand ;). And just as we are having fun with developing Vaestro, we want you guys to have fun too :)
